The Military Wellness Program at Holliswood Hospital is a confidential, comprehensive inpatient treatment alternative for anyone who is currently having difficulties related to stressful events they experienced pre-deployment, in-theater, or related to post-deployment adjustment, as well as their family members.  We specialize in the treatment of active-duty servicemembers and OEF/OIF/OND veterans, and we are able to confidently treat service members and veterans who served prior to these conflicts as well.

The Military Wellness Program can provide a safe environment for service members and their families to discuss and get help for the many problems that may arise as one adapts to and embraces the responsibilities and demands of military life. Many service members who currently serve overseas will carry home with them physical and emotional pains related to that experience, and many may find it difficult to manage those pains without additional support.

In this program, service members and their families can find the specialized treatments they need to recover from their experiences and reconnect to themselves and their loved ones.

Our treatment philosophy stems from the latest evidence-based neurological and clinical research on posttraumatic stress disorder and the effects of exposure to traumatic events. In the Military Wellness Program, we view individuals holistically. Our treatments address the mind, the body, and the spirit in unison as we seek to help individuals overcome, and therapeutically grow from, their experiences. We also look to help individuals begin to understand the underlying patterns and origins of the difficulties they are currently facing.
Education for both individuals and their families is a hallmark of the Military Wellness Program, which provides confidential, comprehensive assistance for families available on-site through our Family Reintegration Program. Interventions occur both on and off the units.

The Military Wellness Program is DoD Approved and Tricare Certified.  In addition, most major insurances are accepted, including Medicare. Medicaid is accepted for individuals up to age 21.  Individuals may be admitted for treatment 365/24/7.

We look forward to personally giving service back and helping families re-establish a sense of normalcy in their lives.
